Assalt with daughters step-mom
I was wondering if there is any way to go about getting black mailed by my daughters dad. I have assault against my daughters step-mom, and now they are asking me to drop it or her dad won't sign our agreement. We came to an agreement today for custody, but now he won't until I drop the assault. So I was wondering if anyone had any advice.

tell the prosecutor what they said--that is not legal and permitted.

Thanks. I made a report, but I didn't know whether it would do any good. I am pretty worried about it. So I appreciate the advice. So I will do that. I really appreciate that.
