My ex-girlfriend has possibly moved and our baby is due in 3 weeks. She won't tell me where she is staying. Is she required to do so? I know I don't have any rights until paternity is established, but can this work negatively towards her when paternity is established? How would I go about serving her papers without knowing her location?

She is not required to contact you.
You can file a motion with the court stating the you believe you are the father of the unborn child of the woman, of a given prior address, current whereabouts unknown. I recommend you get an attorney. |
