a 14 year old boy in Florida wants to live with his mom in Pennsylvania. his dad in Florida has custody. do they need to legally change custody before he can go to live with his mom? right now his mom is keeping him stirred up about his dad so that he wants to move, but will put months and months of barriers to a custody switch. this leaves the boy living where he doesn't want to be, taking it out on his dad. (who is willing to switch custody if that is what the boy wants)
