My new wifes ex is harassing her to get Family responsibility to stop chasing him for support payments, he is supposed to be paying $300/month for two children ages 5 & 7, F.R.O has done everything possible to get it includin a fed. seizure and sale, but have been unsuccsessful as of yet. Now he's getting nasty, he has recently begun threatening action from c.a.s,
these are direct quotes from the conversation at midnight (U keep ur fro, ill have to deal with this other ways then) (Just remember when u want to ask me to stop, I'm not going to cause remember u wouldnt) (P.s. Hope ur house is in good shape, seeing as I have to "take respinsibility" for my kids I want to make sure they are okay, childrens aid will be coming to see u) I do have a full unedited copy of the conversation from msn messenger, but would I be correct in assuming that this is nothing more than bullying and harassment? please let me know this has been going on for a few years, and my wife is on the verge of a complete meltdown |

Do you have any documentation from the Child Support agency verifying that he is behind on support? I'd think that if C.P.S. ever did show up at your door you would only need to show them this to discredit his allegations.

DO NOT give into him. He is just harassing you. I've been dealing with FRO for 6 years and they are like bulldogs. Once they get their teeth into this they won't let up. The only way he can get rid of them is to take it back to court and no judge will allow this. As long as your taking good care of the children no one can do anything. I would also inform the police about the harassment and any threats that he makes. Keep all copies of conversation from him for your proof. I will get better, PROMISE
