restraining order help!!!
Please, can somebody tell me if I can go to a final hearing with a deal w/ my husband? I have a temporary protection order against my husband. He left the house and I have my 4 kids custody. He wants a deal about visitation and child support, to show to the court tomorrow? Is it possible? Have any way to give warranty that he is not gonna come back to our house w/o charge him, and also make our deal?
