Default DESPERATLY NEED ADVICE

In the state of Ohio when can a child decide where they want to live? If the child is 17 & pregnant does that have any bearing?

I need to know what my rights for filing alimony. I have been with my husband for 10 years, but married for 5. He moved me out the State of Florida and then decided he didn't want me there anymore, resulting in me getting kicked out on the streets. My parents got me and apartment and help with other bills. I am on disabiltiy and can't work. Do I have rights to file for alimony, living in the State of Florida. I need assistance.

Please create a new thread for this. It has nothing to do with the original post.

If you file for divorce you may indeed get some kind of support and a percentage of any assets you two accumulated.

Get a lawyer or at least legal aid involved to ensure that you get your fair share.
