Property Abandonment
I am in the process of a divorce and my soon to be ex has come into the house packed up her belongings and moved out. Now she has compiled a list of items that she is wanting returned to her. I am wanting to know where I stand on this matter. I live in Texas and am very curious about this whole issue because the items she is talking about were given to us (as a couple) not to her (as an individual). There are children involved and I don't really want this to get ugly, but knowing her she would make this a very ugly process.

The items (and all items, property etc)should be listed out
and if you two cannot agree the judge will decide for you. You don't have to personally fight over it. |
