PLEASE HELP

Hi i have a 3 year old daughter whos biological father has nothing to do with, when she was fiurst born he wanted me to send him everything to do a paternity test and i finally didnt do it sence he was in the us and i was in germany, my daughter has spanish nationallity and my husband signt her birthcerificate and something saying hes recognices her as his daughter. My husband is also military, my ex was military and got kicked out withoud honors, hes a very violent person and just now he wants to see her, my husband is deployed and im 9 onths pregnant im terrified of him seeing my daughter, i really dont know what to do or if he can actually do anything to be able to see her, i dont want my daughter to have anything to do with him, he has a new family and so do i. I file a restraining order in germany against him, but i dont knwo if it is valid here in the us.please i need to know what to do, he has denied all over beeing her father , im scared of him seeng her or having anything to do with him.

You can refuse and he will have to go to court. He willget visitation unless you can show there is some danger etc.

The court may restrict or refuse visits if you can show a problem.

So gather up all evidence, witnesses etc.
