Confused What is considered hearsay in family court?

We are facing a battle with my fiance's ex-wife. She has been co-habitating with someone and has denied these issues. Can I be supoenaed to testfy if one of the daughters, whom live with her and the new boyfriend, has told me about these two living together or will this be considered "Hearsay"?

That would probably be hearsay. You can only testify to what you know, not what you claim other people have told you. There is no way the other side can cross-examine people who are not there.
