how do i get justice

i am fighting for custody of my kids and i am going crazy my baby is in a group home my daughter is being sexually harrassed and the judge thinks its ok im hurt confused and lost in an unfair judicial system who can help...

i can feel your pain.i have been fighting for custody of my lil girl for about 16 months now.she was took from me just on allegations made by my husband.i was never investigated on these allegations, but , yet my husband was still the one who got her. i was put in jail and had to post bond..500smackers.not to mention i am only allowed to get her on the weekends and whenever he allows me to see her extra.moneyyyyyy yeah i spent lots of that and still no result..now no money to spend and no help.i cy myself to sleep at night and worry about her constantly.my baby just turned 5 and he would not even let me see her on her b-day.my husband has been in contempt of court numerous times..and still nothing.he has been in contempt of the orders fromthe crooked judge he had the orders to take my baby from me..and still he don't go to jail...go figure.our system is no longer innocent until proven guilty,it is guilty...guilty..guilty.the fact of the matter is money talks and bs walks,or,it aint what u know its who u know.sad sytem we have.i hope these crooked people we have working for crooked sytem sleep good at night..while mothers like me and you don't because of their poor or clouded judgement.but i will surely keep you in my prayers.good luck in getting justice,lord know we need all the good luck we can get.
