grandmothers rights

I am a grandmother that has full custody of my grandson and I ahve full
gardianship over him. I have been divorced for a little over a year and my
ex-husband who is the grandfather to our grandson. I have court papers that
say the he has reasonable and liberal visitiation. I do make agramments for
him to see our grandson around my work schudule and this has been fine up
until a couple of months ago. He and a new found love are now living
together after one month of courtship. You see, I am wanting to know where I
stand in this issue of him getting the child for days at a time and that I
know who will really be watching the child. It not being him.. He has a
sleep disorder and falls asleep. He has a past of abuse that is why I am no
longer with him. There are not charges that I brought up against him that
will back this up but there are people that can tell what they have seen in
the past 25 years of physical and verbal and mental abuse on my part. I do
not want to st!
op him from seeing the child but do not want him taking him off and to me a
total stranger watching him. What are the legal aspects of this situation
and possible out come? There is one more thing. My grandson has a behavior
diorder and has a speach problem and cannot voice his wants or need or
hurts. He sees several Dr. and theripist for this and THe grandfather does
not interact in this part of his life. I am needing to know what it is I am
looking at because he is taking me to court and I am seeking leagal council
but at this point have to want until next week to get one. Please help me.
