My exhusband and i share custody of my 13 year old son, but my ex has domicile. My son has decided and made it clear to his father that he would like to live with me again due to his fathers alcohol abuse, but my ex refuses to let him go. my son has been at my house for the past few weeks and now my ex wants him to go back with him. do i have any legal rights to keep him here and not force him to go back with his father against his wishes?

You have no rights to keep him. You will need to file a motion with the court requesting a change in the parenting plan, citing the father's alcohol abuse as the change in circumstances. You will ask for a Guardian Ad Litem to be appointed to represent the interests of your son.
