Strange Situation

This is an odd situation with a lot of detail that will be left out because it would take forever to type. My husband has a court date in about two week to establish visitation on his daughter who is 7 1/2. The mother of his daughter has always been against him seeing her because she has another man believing he is her father and doesn't want to disrupt that arrangement. My husband does not have a lawyer, she does have a pro bono lawyer. She has told my husband she will fight to keep his visitation supervised to avoid this other man finding out. She also is planning on fighting to keep her daughter away from me and has said if the visitation does go beyond supervised she will get the courts to prevent my husband from bringing the child around me. There have been nasty messages sent back and forth between me and the woman before and I know she will be bringing them to court. My husband has a picture of her with marijuana joint in her hand and messages she has sent to me. Under what circumstances would the court prevent my husband from bringing his daughter back to our house or around me? I know it varies from court to court and on a case by case level but I am not this crazed maniac like she is making me out to be. I am afraid the judge is going to fall for her "poor me" scheme and punish my husband by restricting his time with his daughter..

She is making threats because she is desperate, not because she has a case.
