Default Cheating

Do you think that telephone records showing that my wife is been calling someone is enough to proof in court that she is cheating on me.

I think you are going to need more proof than a phone call.

Chances are, whether your spouse was cheating or not will be irrelevant in court. Most States now have "no fault" divorces, so it won't matter anyway. And if you think it will tip the court in your favor to prove that your spouse was cheating, watch what happens when your spouse tells the court that you drove her away because you were cold, neglectful, and/or abusive.
Basically, the courts just don't care about this.
