When is a child considered to be a legaladult?
In the state of PA, when is a child considered to be a legaladult? At what age of the child are the parents no longer held accountable/responsible for the child? If a child is 17 yrs old when they graduate high school are they considered a legal adult in the state of PA? Thank you.
