Default Ex not paying credit card bills

I live in New York State. In our divorce, the supreme court ruled that my ex spouse is responsible for all credit card debt while we were married. He has not made payments on the credit card for two months. What do I need to do?

Ask the judge to hold him in contempt, and fine him--or even jail him.
