I currently live in Florida. My will named my son as the benificiary for some realestate I owned; same as all of my bank accounts including IRA, 401K, 403b etc..
I plan to re married later this year. What right does my future husband has over my estate should something happens to me? Thanks |

Your husband could potentially claim a share of your assets by law so you need to review your will with counsel before you marry.

If you email world law on the home page web form, they will arrange somebody or see the find a lawyer section as well.
