Question re married

I currently live in Florida. My will named my son as the benificiary for some realestate I owned; same as all of my bank accounts including IRA, 401K, 403b etc..

I plan to re married later this year. What right does my future husband has over my estate should something happens to me?

Thanks

Your husband could potentially claim a share of your assets by law so you need to review your will with counsel before you marry.
