Question Proving Residency

My ex boyfriend, whom I share a child with, is dating a new girlfriend. This girlfriend is contracted through the US government with a top security clearance. I was informed by my ex, that we needed to go to court after 4 years and legalize child support and custody, as he never signed the birth certificate and we were never married, we just came to a mutual agreement that has worked for us. According to her government employer, she is not able to reside with my ex until all legal matters are cleared up. She was born and raised in Orlando, and was then contracted to spend 2 years in NY. She has since transfered back to Orladno. Part of her relocation package included her hotel costs. She has listed on her government papers that she receives her mail at her mothers address. The employer is also paying for a hotel room still, after 3 months. Her dogs, and her belongings are at my ex's house, where she has technically been living for 3 months. The go to the hotel every now and then to change out her clothing and make an appearance. With that said, where is her residence? The hotel, her moms, or my ex's house? Also, if she has top security government clearance, am I obligated to call the US Governemnt and let them know of the possible situation? Would I be an accessory to her possible guilt? Would I get in trouble for reporting her?

In a situation like this, MYOB is probably the best course of action. Ask yourself, what benefit could come from sticking your nose in your ex's girlfriend's business? It would only complicate and further aggravate a situation which, like all child support/custody cases, is already difficult enough.
Save yourself the aggravation.

Well said, and also save any aggravation for any children involved.

My main reason for asking is because my ex and I are now going to court to legalize custody, visitation, and support. He is demanding that my current husband go through psychilogical evaluation, and go through a course of parenting classes. My husband has never shown any signs of anger, raised his voice to my daughter, or punished her. It's my ex's way of "revenge". Since the new girlfriend "lives" in his household, I would like to make the same requests/demands of her, that my ex is making on my new husband. However, I have to prove she actually lives with him. Also, can he legitamately demand these things?
