In a situation where you live with someone and you both receive mail at this
address...if you break up does one have legally 30 days to move out. I have never heard of this. Please advise!! |

Who is the owner? Who's name is on the lease?
Regardless of the laws, and court officer would probably have little patience with either party if they were displaying an unreasonable attitude in this kind of situation. |

There is no such rule. And if you cannot agree then the one on the lease normally has to evict the other if he/she will not leave.
