ownership of home
My x found out he is dying . we own a home together. In divorce decree he was to remain in home and pay me 1/2 value , or sell and pay me with-in 3 years. He is still in the home with his girlfriend. I am wondering what I need to do legally to have ownership of the house if he passes.

You may go back to the court and ask the judge to order his estate to comply with the sale and pay you.
