Confused property theft during divorce?

in an in-court settlement agreement (divorce) i was awarded the second home with all household furniture and fixtures. I changed the locks.

my soon to be ex husband appeared unannounced at this home a month later and demanded to be let in, which the home care company did with my ok, as he said he was there to collect his personal items.

he helped himself to much more. do i have the right to report this as a theft to the local police?

thank you for your time in this matter.
