Is a 17 yr old Kansas runaway considered a runaway in Missouri???
My sister is a resident of Kansas, and in Kansas she cannot leave home until she turns 18. However, in Missouri a minor can leave home at the age of 17. If she is a resident of Kansas can she run away to Missouri and not be picked up by law enforcement as a run away??? Or will she still be considered a runaway???
