contempt warrent

I am involved in a court case with my daughter. I have physical placement I moved the 160 miles. He had a court ordered vistion that he broke. So I contacted him an said he could have her for the summer. He than filled out papers @ the court house there finding were contempt? Don\'t understand They set up a court date to appear at. I was involved in a accident the night before, I was @ the ER untill 7pm. I faxed the court house that night I couldn\'t drive and I was on heavey pain meds. Asking to set another date. He denied that put out a benech warrent, I also wrote a letter asking to reset,and drop the warrent he denied that too. Can they do that? There was nothing I could do I couldn\'t drive due to the narcotics, and most people need requse time from work to bring me we had none of the above on means to get there.

If you take all evidence of that accident to the judge he is likely to drop any punishment or fine. But you will need to prove and show what happened.
