Default Adoption proceedings

What all information is documented in adoption proceedings and specifically,
can the information be viewed to verify identity of adoptee and adopted
parents? Thank you.

Normally it is not public but a court order can be obtained in some cases. It covers everything in fine detail, home studies etc
