DV restrainig order
I have a active dv ro on my other half. I was granted property control of car in oct 07. 3/24/08 other half went to another court house obtained a temp dv ro. Stole my vehicle that night. I was falsely served.he signed "service" paperwork 4 days later to cover his butt. he now has car and i cant get anyone to help. what do i do to obtain car

You can ask the court for an emergency hearing and emergency order if it is truly urgent, and it seems it indeed may be here.
