Separation
My husband and I have ben separated for 4 mos now, he has placed a 2500 retainer fee with a lawyer and I still have received no separation papers could he jump righ tto a divorce on the one year anniversary of separation? If so do I have to give him one right away?
Is he allowed to do this keep me hanging with not knowing his intentions?? Thanks ever so much for your time. |

There will have to be court proceedings and that will still take some time.
