Me, my fiance, and her mother all own a house together. My fiance's sister has been living with us rent free. We told her that she could only continue living with us if she got a job and helped out around the house. That was about 6 months ago. Since then she has not even looked for a job no matter how hard push or lift a finger around the house. She has always been a rude person cursing and yelling, even to the ones putting the roof over her head. She has been caught stealing from us, and just recently she was caught bringing pot into the house. Me and my fiance want her out immediately, but her mother doesn't want to give up. Is it possible to kick her out because we have 2/3 the house, without her mothers consent. She is now 21 years old. How fast can we get her sister out!? How? Thank you for any help you can give me.

You have to evict her if she will not leave, just like a tenant that will not pay.
But is easy to do and your local court has forms. |
