Can I Press Charges Against His Girlfriend?
Ok, I share custody of my two muchkins with my ex. He lives with his current girlfriend and her three kids. They range in age from 4 to 11. My muchkins are 5 and 7. I was getting my 5 year old ready for his bath, when I noticed that he had a bite mark on his arm, he told me that their dad's girldfriends youngest child bite him. This is the second time, and I have pictures of both times now. Can I press charges against her?

You technically can yes...the police would likely treat it as a family issue.
But a court could order counseling etc. if this is more than a one time problem, |
