Can I move??
I have been divorced for 7 yrs now and I have 90% physical custody of my daughter who is 11 yrs old. I want to move out of California but my exhusband doesnt agree. Do I need a court order in order to move out of state??

If he does not agree it is best to get court permission and the court normally will allow it if you have any good reasons for moving--ie you cannot move just to keep him away.
