Confused Defiant daughter

My very defiant 19yr old step daughter moved out of our home. Now here it is 4 months later and she is stating she wants everything in her room. What rights do we have as the parents? Most of the belongings are not hers to take with her. What can we do?

Default Re: Defiant daughter

You do not have to give her anything that you bought but normally any gifts etc. that were in her name you should give--she does have some legal right to those items.
