She still is subject to your control. The police could even bring her back. But of course under the circumstances it would be nice to find some kind of agreeable solution.

Okay,
Your daughter is obviously scared.
You aren't helping the situation by saying she needs
to live with you and get an abortion.
You need to be reasonable. You have the right
to keep her living with you. But to tell her what to do with
her body is what is driving your daughter away. Maybe ask her if
she has concidred adoption..
If not than you should be there for your daughter...
Don't you think she is scared.?? She is 16 and pregant by a
20 yr old that can't even keep his **** together obviously.. exuse my
language. And worst of all. Her mother who should be there for her
and love her through everything is really not giving her much of a choice.
I am 16 and mnths along and if my mom gave me that option i would choose my
boyfriend even though he doesn't seem like much of boyfriend..
Look i know your scared. You just want what is best for
your daughter. But if she chooses to keepher baby. She
will need her mom for support. My mother has been my biggest
Support systerm and has been helping me through this as much as
she could. I thank god i have her. Please listen.. I know what your
going through. My mom was scared and probably still is. But your
daughter needs you. She wants to know you are there for her. And
that you love her. If your daughter is anyting like me she is so scared. and
she is wanting support more than anything.
And if she doesn't get it you may loose out on an experience that
brings mother and daughter closer together. and you may miss out
on the chance of being a grandma. my mom says not to let her know your
there. but make her know you are there for her... I hope this will help you...
I just know there is nothing better than to have your mommy there for you
when you get scared...

Okay, the thread is eight months old.
Unless this girl is actually an elephant, I think the gestational window for getting the abortion is probably past.
