Legal Advice Needed on Contempt of PFA
I have a 3 year PfA against my mental abuser. It is a NO CONTACT order by him or any third persons. I attend an AA clubhouse since the late 90's. My abuser came into AA last June. I found out yesterday he has his friends call him to let him know which meeting I am at. This terrifies me that he knows my location. Since he knows I am not home I don't know what he will do to my property or kill my dog as he has threatened. I can't help but look over my shoulder today. He has 2 other PFAs against him from other women. He is a convicted felon, was in contempt of one of the PFAs and will soon go on trial for terroristic threats against his ex. Is he in contempt oof my PFA? Can I have him arrested?

most judges would deem that problematic if you can prove that is happening, he could be arrested...or at least warned severely! |
