International travel child
My wife was deported back to Mexico, I have her I-130 approved, but we are still waiting for her visa which may take several years to get. Our daughter is a U.S. citizen. I have a passport for her. I am also a U.S. citizen. I also have a letter from my wife giving me permistion to take our daughter accross the border. My question is, I would like to take my daughter back to Michigan to visit her brother and my family. Does my wife have any rights to stop me from taking my daughter back for a visit?

If she were to file in court, a court would review it and they could in theory decide against the removal of the child.
