DYFS harrassment

I have 2 teens that called DFYS in retaliation of my putting boundaries down. DYFS has been in and out of our lives for months. All their investigations and I have 2 separate letters from them stating all allegations were documented as "unfounded". We have been through this twice. Also, I am a recovering alcoholic so they "strongly" suggested I do a substance abuse intake. I did that at my house, then downtown paterson office and THEN again they sent me to one in NYC....all tests were "clean" and now I am getting calls at work that they want me to go to 3X a week counseling and are using threatening language "in my best interest, etc." that I better do this. If all allegations are "unfounded" and I've spent my time complying to these three intakes do I HAVE to do what they are "strongly suggesting"? I feel like I am being harrassed big time.
