Tax form 1099 and J1 visa (I subscribed to zeekrewards)

Hi,

I have a J1 visa and I subscribed to zeekrewards, which is an online company that provides a world-class Affiliate Services. Every day I add an advertise for one of the sites they gave me. They will send me 1099 tax form.
First, is this counted as a job or it is legal for me to do that?
if this subscription is illegal then is UN-subscription enough to keep my visa in a legal state? if not then what shall I do to fix this?

I wish to inform you that our work of adding advertise will be considered a work. In this regard you must obtain permission from his or her visa supervisor (sponsor) before beginning to work either part-time during the academic year or full-time during vacation periods. A J-1 holder is allowed to work for the J-1 program sponsor. A J-1 holder may not work for another employer without special authorization. In your case zeekrewards is your employer and you require permission of your sponsor.

Unfortunately, I already subscribed and worked for zeekrewards .
But as soon as I knew it is illegal, I closed the account immediately.
What else should I do to fix this and guarantee that my J1 visa is still good?
