visa issue: international transfer student (F-1 visa, transfer I-20)

Hello,

My name is Marc. I am an international transfer student and I will start classes at the Spring semester.I have transferred from another school to University of Maryland on December,3rd. My concern is that I have been outside the US since July 24th and I am planning to reenter the US on January 16th.I have an F-1 visa with multiple entries valid until January 2011.I wonder if I need to apply for a new visa in order to reenter the US and if I need to pay a new sevis fee.My I-20 is a transfer I-20.

Why were you outside? It may appear you discontinued studies?

I completed all my esl courses and I get a certificate from the school i had attended.Then i made a transfer to an university to start a bachelor program in spring.I couldn't stay in the us between the end of my esl classes and the beginning of the spring semester.My i-20 is ok.
