I am a United States citizen. I met my fiancee here in Pennsylvania while
he was on a J-1 visa with a 2 years requirement. He has been back in Turkey since August. He is looking to come back to Pennsylvania to get his Masters, so he would be coming back on an F-1 visa. Right now, I just want to know what our options are. Ultimately, the main goal is we want to get married and begin our lives together here in PA, but we are just unsure what to do. He wants to advance his education to qualify for better jobs, so we were thinking for him to come here and finish his master\'s and at the same time apply for a 2-years rule waiver. We don\'t know if we should apply now, or once he is in the US at school. We would like to start the process early, but we are afraid he would be refused of an F1 visa. I just really want to know all of our possible options. If you could help us out, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you, Ashley |
