NY-> Hi
>
> I own a business and was going to sell it to a person. We had a verbal
> agreement and nothing in writing. He moved equipment inside the building I
> own and since then the sale was cancel.
> My question is I am liable for his equipment still in my building in case
> anything happens like a fire?? If so, can I write a waiver form stating he
> relinguish all rights to any claim against me and has his equipment in my
> building at his own risk. will this be legal if he signs it???
> Thank you for all you time
