My husband is in jail and has to go in front of a judge tomorrow. He was originally awarded work release but his PO revoked it without telling... Hi. My husband is in jail and has to go in front of a judge tomorrow. He was originally awarded work release but his PO revoked it without telling him. He reported to jail to do 30 days for reckless driving and when he wen the first evening he was told his PO revoked his work release. He also has a show cause tomorrow because she said he violated his probation by not starting counseling on time. He had it written down to start by 11/16/09 but she stated he was suppose to start sooner. As soon as he received his show cause notice, he contacted the counseling place and started going. He would like a letter stating he would like his work release reinstated and would like to complete his jail time on weekends due to financial hardship. He is ordered to do breathlyzers and drug drops several times a week which costs him each time. He is required to pay money to be in jail. He is required to pay for these counseling sessions. He is required to pay probation costs each month. Due to the time frame they gave him to go do drops (by 9am) he lost his full time job. He immediately went and found another part time job and the full time job he might be able to get back but if he is in jail he can't. Any help on where I can get a professional "quick" letter that is professional to submit to a judge for his hearing tomorrow to ask for weekend jail and to explain all the cost he is incurring due to all the stuff his PO is having him do? I will be willing to pay someone to write this letter as long as it is customized to his circumstances. Sorry for the short notice but I have been on the internet looking for hours and can't find a sample that fits his issues. Please help!
