			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div>My son's former daycare contacted a collection agency to recover unpaid fees. When we left the daycare I asked for an account statement. This statement said the outstanding balance was $0. Now they say that was a mistake and I owe $5000 for outstanding fees.<br />

I did not sign any contracts with this daycare. What can the do legally and what are my rights?</div>
