I was recently injured at work and was trying to figure out if it was actionable. I was electrocuted by an uncovered electrical wiring. This threw me a distance, knocked me out, dislocated my shoulder, and is causing me to have back pain along with occasional migraines. I have found out that my shoulder will need to be reconstructed. One of the managers witnessed it and actually was the one who reset my shoulder. I have a four-month old that I can no longer help my wife take care of. I also am having what I think are depressive moments from not being able to provide for my family. I guess this is what they are as I have always been an upbeat person.
I guess what I am trying to ask is are my employers responsible and if so how would I go about knowing how much to be compensated? Any advice is much appreciated as I have no clue what to do.

a former friend of mine has posted bulletins saying i cheated on my fiance for cigarettes and alcohol, accusing me of taking drugs, and neglecting my child. Someone has told me that there is nothing i can do since it is over myspace but i just wanted to see what people on here say about it! thanks in advance!
