If the father refuses to sign over his parental rights in exchange for my not pursuing my tax refund or child support, can I then ask the judge for supervised visitation until the child can talk in full sentences?
Can I expect to achieve supervised visitation if the 3 witnesses I have saw the abuse take place but did not report it to me, CPS, or the police while it was happening(we're talking about 4 months before they told me)? I do have hospital reports that the witnesses still don't know about that match the time frame- however, the doctors did not call CPS either for these ER visits. A medical record from a follow up to the pediatrician does note a knot on the back of the child's head.

I was terrified being pregnant and did reach out to him. Early in my pregnancy (before I found out what kind of person he really was) i encouraged him to attend appointments and assist in planning. He did neither but did ask me for money and suggest a few schemes that we should pull to receive more government assistance. He then became very vocal in public about getting me pregnant on purpose and even bragged about having "two pregnant *****es at the same time". Upon looking further into his background, I was horrified!
He had been arrested in the previous year on charges of lewd and lascivious behavior, although for some odd reason this charge was dropped to a felony battery? If anyone could shed light on the sense that makes...He is currently on probation after violating his probation due to missing his court date.
The other pregnant "*****" he referred to was a 19 year old girl who was impregnated while still in high school. (He is 26). In the past year he has had two other girlfriends that just graduated from high school last year. It shines light on his predator mentality.
These relationships are very volatile. He and the two young girls have all publicly discussed on twitter references to using the street drug Molly in addition to Marijuana. There have been explosive arguments where they discuss property damage and he publicly humiliates the girls suggesting they go sell their bodies and kill themselves.
In addition to using street drugs, he also has made reference to having drugs for sale. Whether this is true or part of his "rap persona" is a mystery. He also discusses violence towards others referencing beating people's ass and "try me like I'm *****, ill kill you". He does create music and has a makeshift studio in his house where he entertains known drug dealer/rapper/felons and shoots videos with people smoking blunts in his house.
As you can imagine the thought of my bubbly, healthy baby girl being exposed to violence, drugs, and a dangerous predator scares me to my core.
He has not been involved in the pregnancy or since she ha been born. He is not listed on the birth certificate and has not established legal paternity. I am not attempting to get child support from him.
Recently he made comments that he had gotten my tag number and was going to put himself on child support so he could get rights to her. I am shocked as to why he would have an interest all of a sudden. But the measly amount he makes as a line cook would determine his child support which wouldn't compare to the money he receives from selling drugs, making beats, performing shows, and cutting hair in his home...none of which he reports on his taxes.
I am worried this is a ploy to gain something from me and I am absolutely sure this is not in the best interest of my baby
I have no clue what to do. The clerk messed up and the abstract was missing info so the DMV couldn't do anything. My car went up another 90 bucks in the impound and I missed time at work. I had to go back and the clerk messed up again causing me another day of missed work and another 90 dollars. Than the court was closed for the weekend so I couldn't do anything and it when up another $180. Its gone up almost $400 because the court clerk continued mistakes. The info that is missing can't be giving out to the public either so I can't even ask what info is missing so I can inform her. Can I sue?
