My mother is 89 and indigent except for $681 social security. She has been living with me for several years. She has one main credit card, and one smaller one, that she uses and pays on regularly and is current with her payments. When she dies, will I be responsible to pay off her debts?

No--only her estate is liable.
But you should not use it... |
