Confused Revoking A Power of Attorney

My brother has Power of Attorney over my mother and she wants to revoke it. She is of sound mind and boby. He was very underhanded got the Power of Attorney. What is the best way to handle this?

She normally can revoke at any time by doing so in writing and giving him notice.
