Power of Attorney Authorization?
Once we have completed the necessary documents, and received the appropriate signatures for power of attorney in Ontario Canada, do we need to file these documents with the goverment, or a lawyer? Based on the goverment documents we are using they simply state we make copies and hold on to the documents, is it this simple, and how will this impact any decisions that have to be made regarding financial instutions, and medical care?
