Can I let Mom's attorney know about explotaiton?
My sister and I both have POA on mom's bank accounts. Mom is in a nusing home..pretty good frame of mind and sis pays the bills. I do watch the money. Sis live close to mom I dont. Sis has gone crazy with mom's money lately for her personal stuff. $200. last month for Starbucks and $500. for Petsmart. I told sis to stop it. I don't think she knew I was getting a copy of mom's statements.
How can I let mom's attorney know. Is that a conflict on interest?? (My sister use to work for mom's attorney too. That's how mom retained her.) I feel helpless. |
