Confused sister and a quitclaim deed

Washington. My sister had a quitclaim deed with my father who is in a nursing home. She is power of Attorney of my father. With me diving into finding out about my sister I found out that the quit claim deed might not be accurate. They have appointed a legal Guardian for my father. There are a bunch of legal matters with my sister and the Power of Attorney that she has not been following through with for the past 4 or more months. My question is Can I leagally get the house from her? I can not get Power of Attorney because he is not of sound mind. He is my Biological father. She was adopted by my father at the age of 1 year old. What are my rights?

You can ask a court to remove her if she is not handling affairs properly.

You could threaten to take that action.
