Elderly Father Exploited By Daughter

Hello;
In March of 2005 my father had a massive stroke and it left him paralyzed on his left side. Daddy still is in his right mind and he can feed himself and write alittle and read and shave himself he's still got one good arm he says laughingly. In July of 06 we lost our wonderful Mother to lung cancer. She and dad were married 50 years in April 06. When mom passed my dad asked my husband and i to move in with him cause i had been helping mom and dad since his stroke in march of 05, so we did my husband drove over the road and dad and i were alot of company for eachother. In September i went for two days to be with my husband. i asked my girls to stay with dad and my sister had dad to sign papers giving her POA while i was 600 miles away, i had left on a tuesday and came back friday her son had moved his family into dads and my sister had put our dad in a nursing home. Well for the next 3 months she blew through $10,000 dollars like a tornado in Dec 06 she filed for Guardian of dad. we went to court the judge gave me POA rights along with my sister the judge wanted to see if we could get along and settle this matter about dad. But she had no intentions of getting along so in Feb 07 she was given Guardian of dad. see she runs the local American Legion there so they all know her very well, Well then she proceeded to sell dads stuff his home and land it was on and another 18 acres of land oh by the way she bought the 18 acres her and her husband for $3200.00 and sold the home and land for $23.000.00. And as far as dads personal stuff car truck home furnishings. Well Dads car her son had been driving since 06 i just found this out and now since that son bought him a new car her other son is now driving the car and dads truck is getting redone so her youngest son will have own truck . And the $2500.00 dollar CD mom had has never been mentioned to the nursing home or in court or even to medicaid until now oops
me and my big mouth or the $1500.00 she wrote to herself the $500.00 to her son or the other checks she wrote out to her and to cash. So she is being reviewed by court has been since Feb and i went up to the courthouse and reviewed my dads files and there is alot of monies she has spent there is no reciepts for but she wrote them a note saying a pipe burst in her basement and messed them all up the ones she cant account for{I SMELL A RAT DO YOU?} The nursing home called me May 5, said they were going to do a involuntary discharge on my dad would i be willing to take him i said oh yes said due to my sister not paying his bill which now is over $55.000, I have spoke to me a lawyer and he is filing the papers for me to take over Guardian i pray the judge answere's my prayers. It's an outrage children of disabled elderly parents running all over them and for what GREED.

You might be able to sue for a return of some of the funds if it was truly wasteful etc.
