I Am Looking To Understand...

Hi There!
I was in an accident in 2005 and was driving while prohibited from a dui conviction less than a year later. I was not impaired in this accident that spurred this charge but was driving without a license and while prohibited.
I also never paid my fine from Alberta where I was convicted ( I plead guilty) and because this accident occurred in B.C. the warrant is out for my arrest. I plan on handing myself in this Monday but I need to know if anyone knows what EXACTLY an " Endorsed Warrant" is and should I expect jail time when I hand myself in or is it a simple arrest and print process??? I really am new to this breaking the law game and have been seriously good since then ; ).REALLY! I really can't believe I did it all.. I'm WAY smarter now.But. I am a mom and have kids to take care of an need to know what EXACTLY I should expect from A-Z when handing myself in. I am scared they will send me to alberta and i will stuck with no one for my kids. I need to plan ahead and fast! If anyone out there has any advise to help I would be eternally grateful...truly!!

You should seek local counsel and review your situation in detail before you act. As far as I can see here, you are very likely to be taken into custody with all of that going on...
